What equipment do I need for my membership?
If you have dumbbells between 2 and 10 pounds, that's perfect. If not, you can use items like cans, water bottles, books, or simply use your body weight. For chair exercises, a regular chair will be perfect, but there are also plenty of standing exercises you can do as well if you prefer to do those instead.
How do I change my password?
To change your password:
Sign in to your account.
Click on My Account or Dashboard in the top navigation menu.
Select Password and update your password as needed.
If you’ve forgotten your password and need to reset it:
On the Login page, click Forgot Password.
Enter the email associated with your account and click Send Instructions.
Check your inbox for an email with password reset instructions.
In the email, click Reset Password.
You will be directed to a page where you can choose a new password and will then be redirected to the catalog page.
How do I update my billing information?
To update your billing information, follow these steps:
Sign in to your account.
Click on My Account or Dashboard in the top navigation menu.
Select Billing from the menu.
Update your billing details as needed.
Can I watch videos using Chromecast and AirPlay?

My credit card is being declined. Why is that?
Many credit and debit cards have restrictions for online purchases. If your card is being declined, please reach out to your credit card company to confirm that the transaction is valid. Additionally, some cards do not support recurring subscription payments and may therefore be declined.
How do I cancel my requiring subscription?
To cancel your recurring subscription, follow these steps:
Sign in to your account.
Navigate to My Account or Dashboard from the top menu.
Select Billing from the options available.
Scroll to the bottom of the page to find your subscription plan.
Click on Change Plan and then choose Cancel Membership.
Your subscription will be canceled, and your access will continue until the end of your current billing cycle.
